Terms of Service

By accessing and using this website, establishing a reservation, or participating in any guided trip provided by Cimarron Drift Co., you inherently agree to the full scope of our operational terms.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual demonstrating unsafe behavior, severe intoxication, or blatant disregard for wildlife regulations. In such events, no refunds will be issued, and the trip will be immediately terminated.

Liability & Risk

Fly fishing requires wading in uneven rivers, navigating changing currents, executing casts with weighted flies, and boarding drift boats. These activities carry inherent risks of injury or property loss.

All clients are explicitly required to sign a comprehensive Release of Liability Waiver prior to stepping foot in our vessels or entering the watershed. Refusal to sign this document will result in an immediate trip cancellation without refund.

Privacy Protocol

We respect your inbox. Any contact information gathered through our intake forms is utilized strictly for direct trip logistics, invoicing, and occasional updates outlining seasonal availability.

We do not sell data to third-party marketing entities. If you wish to be removed from our seasonal newsletter, a direct opt-out link is provided in every correspondence.

Media Release

Our guides occasionally capture photography or video of notable catches and scenic moments during your trip. Unless explicitly opted out via written request prior to launch, Cimarron Drift Co. reserves the right to utilize anonymized media across social channels and marketing collateral.
